INTERNAL REGULATIONS AND RULES OF CONDUCT

Arrival / Departure

  • Arrive at the recreation area only after having agreed about the arrival time (hour) by telephone in advance. Holiday-makers must submit an identity document.
  • Upon arrival, holidaymakers pay for the entire period of stay in cash (after deducting the advance payment by the bank transfer, if any) and sign in the journal, confirming that they have become familiar with these rules.
  • Upon arrival, visitors settle in the room / bungalow from 14.00 or earlier if a free and neat room / bungalow is available.
  • On the departure day, the room / bungalow and the keys are returned to the hostess not later than at 12.00.
  • The fine for the loss of the key is €5.0

 

Living in the room / bungalow

  • Having settled in the room, check items and inventory in it. Please inform about non-operating or broken items immediately to avoid misunderstandings.
  •  Do not take away any items from the rooms / bungalows, including bedspreads or bed linen.
  • Do not leave valuable items in the room / bungalow: in case of a theft, we are not responsible for your losses.
  • Leaving the room / bungalow, do not leave electrical appliances turned on, turn off the lights.
  • Leaving the recreation area, do not forget to lock the room / bungalow door.
  • It is forbidden to bring and use electric heaters or fans, please inform about other electrical appliances that you intend to use in advance.

 

Using the kitchen

  • Using kitchen equipment, please follow instructions and safety rules of devices. Do not leave electrical appliances turned on without supervision, follow fire safety and safety requirements.
  • Be prudent and cautious using the electric stove.
  • Do not allow children to use the electric stove, it is prohibited for children to play in the kitchen.
  • Keep only food in the refrigerator. Keep strongly smelling products in sealed containers.
  • Before leaving, do not forget to take unused food products from the refrigerator.
  • Having finished cooking and eating, tidy up, wash cooking utensils and dishes you have used.

 

Using the toilet / shower

  • Do not step on the toilet bowl / lid; leave the toilet tidy after using it.
  • Sensibly use the hot water heater located in the shower: do not let water run without any need.
  • After using the shower, leave it clean and tidy (rinse off the sand from the shower tray, etc.)
  • It is forbidden to wash clothes / towels or other textiles in the shower.

 

Using the sauna

  • Customers must have a bathing suit, suitable footwear (to wear in a wet room) and a towel.
  • Customers must wear slip resistant footwear. Customers must care about their security.
  • To comply with hygiene requirements.
  • Please bring the towel into the sauna and lay it on the sauna bench under the whole body.

 

Other provisions

  • Holiday-makers undertake to respect the privacy of neighbouring holiday-makers and keep quiet from 23.00 till 08.00.
  • Only the persons for whose rest money was paid are allowed to stay in the territory of the recreation area.
  • Recreation with pets is permitted only with the prior consent of the hosts.
  • Smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited. Outside smoking is allowed where other holiday-makers are not disturbed.
  • Do not litter, throw cigarette butts, use alcohol or make noise at any time of the day or night.
  • Use the fire ring or barbecue responsibly and only in places indicated by the hosts.
  • Do not cause any kind of fire in the forest (do not throw cigarette butts; do not use an open flame).
  • Place firewood only in designated areas at a safe distance, further away from an open flame.
  • Guests can bathe in the lake only being confident of their security in designated areas.
  • Children can bathe only together with parents or guardians;
  • Do not leave children unattended both in the room and territory of the recreation area (including  children’s playground).
  • The hosts calculate the compensation amount for damaging or losing inventory or property according to property reconstruction value or upon agreement of the parties.
  •  If the losses were caused by the actions of minors, children’s parents or guardians shall compensate for them.

The hosts of the recreation area have the right to evict persons from the room / bungalow before the set date if they do not comply with or seriously breach these internal regulations and rules of conduct, also to claim compensation for damages and losses.
